Insanity Fit Test Results

Finally after 2+ months I’m going to give you my Insanity Fit Test Results.  Now for those of you not familiar with Insanity the Fit Test is designed to give you some sense of where your current fitness level is and secondly so you can track your progress every two weeks and see the difference in results.  I’ll list the results for each exercise below, each exercise is 1 minute followed by 1 minute of rest.  The fit test will feel like a workout after completing and the times you have to do the fit test along with a workout as per schedule be prepared to be a little more sore the next day, here you go:

1.  Switch Kicks (2 kicks = 1 rep)

  • 1st Test- 50
  • 2nd Test- 56
  • 3rd Test- 63
  • 4th Test- 65
  • Final Test- 65

2.  Power Jacks

  • 1st Test- 35
  • 2nd Test- 40
  • 3rd Test- 46
  • 4th Test- 50
  • Final Test- 52

3.  Power Knees

  • 1st Test- 65
  • 2nd Test- 90
  • 3rd Test- 93
  • 4th Test- 97
  • Final Test- 102

4.  Power Jumps 

  • 1st Test- 30
  • 2nd Test- 35
  • 3rd Test- 40
  • 4th Test- 45
  • Final Test- 46

5.  Globe Jumps (weakest of all 8 exercises for me) 

  • 1st Test- 10
  • 2nd Test- 11
  • 3rd Test- 11
  • 4th Test- 12
  • Final Test- 12

6.  Suicide Jumps 

  • 1st Test- 11
  • 2nd Test- 14
  • 3rd Test- 16
  • 4th Test- 18
  • Final Test- 20

7.  Push Up Jacks 

  • 1st Test- 20
  • 2nd Test- 25
  • 3rd Test- 28
  • 4th Test- 34
  • Final Test- 35

8.  Low Plank Oblique 

  • 1st Test- 36
  • 2nd Test- 46
  • 3rd Test- 50
  • 4th Test- 52
  • Final Test- 52

What can I say the numbers don’t lie.  My biggest jumps by far were the 2nd and 3rd tests but I improved for the most part each time I took the Fit Test.  As I start my second hybrid journey of Insanity I will occasionally take the Fit Test and see if I continue to improve from my last results.  More on my second round of Insanity later on.

    Oh gosh i just started today and must admit i am tired didnt do as well as you did in your first week but hope to improve so lets see in week 2:)
